Elections are held each year in December, in order to be a member of the Board of Directors or a Military Officer, a member must have been a member of the 44th ICWHA for at least one calendar year. All members are eligible and encouraged to run for a position on the Board, even if it is for only one year. Our By-laws prevent stagnation in these positions.
